Every job opening, placed on the map it belongs to.
US Jobs Map aggregates openings from licensed job feeds and public employer boards,
then pairs every metro page with official federal wage statistics — so a listing shows not just
the role, but what it actually pays in that market relative to everywhere else.

How the index is built
01
Aggregate
Openings are pulled from licensed job-search APIs and public employer ATS boards on a
recurring schedule. Every listing keeps its source attribution and links back to the
original posting — we do not host applications or intercept applicants.
02
Enrich
Each role is matched to its federal SOC occupation code, then joined against BLS wage
percentiles and location quotients for that metropolitan area — the figure showing whether
an occupation is concentrated locally or underrepresented.
03
Localize
Metro pages combine live openings with the local wage distribution and our own
longitudinal record of posting volume, giving job seekers a market picture rather than an
undifferentiated list.
